Rev. Dr. Anthony J. Penachio Jr. is executive director of ICT. ICT is his outreach healing ministry. He is a Certified and Registered Behavioral Researcher / Therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Diplomat in Psychotherapy, and Counseling Minister.

Rev. Dr. Anthony J. Penachio Jr. specializes in anxiety, depression, phobias, medical hypnosis, relationships and sports. He gives private individual sessions, as well as being a speaker, teacher, author, lecturer.

Rev. Dr. Anthony J. Penachio Jr. has had a local phone-in talk show for one year. Has appeared on many, many local radio and TV talk shows. He is the regional media spokes-person for the American Council of Hypnotist & Hypnotherapist Board of Examiners. In 1983, he became a nominated, elected, lecturing, member of The New York Academy of Science. He has been included in Who's Who Among Human Service Professionals (3x), Who's Who of Intellectuals (4x), Personalities of Distinction, Men of Achievement, International Book of Honor (3x), and the prestigious International Book of Honor's "Hall of Fame." Naming him among twenty-five of the most significant people, from all fields, worldwide, in the 1991/1992 edition, for advances in Medical Hypnotherapy in Psychiatry, Who's Who in Leading American Executives-1993 edition, among many other honors and awards.

Rev. Dr. Anthony J. Penachio Jr. has clients internationally. He began his education in the US Navy and served a one year tour of duty in North Vietnam. He still works with the Government on special projects related to his field. He was born, raised, and resides in Stamford, Connecticut; USA.
